OneTickit is built privacy-first. This policy explains what we collect and why.

Your tickets and events

The scannable code of each ticket is end-to-end encrypted with a key made on your phone, so we can't read it.

Event and ticket details, such as names, dates, venues and seats, are stored encrypted with our server's keys. That lets the app show them to you and remind you before an event, and it means our server can read them.

Loyalty cards

Loyalty and membership cards are end-to-end encrypted on your phone, card number and store included, so we can't read them. We only count how many you have.

To find a store's logo, the app sends what you type to our server, which looks it up with Logo.dev without saying who asked. The logos in the search results load straight from Logo.dev, which sees your IP address like any website you visit.

Apple Wallet and Google Wallet

When you add a ticket to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, the app sends that ticket's code to our server to create the pass. A Google Wallet pass is stored by Google.

Email import

If you turn on email import, our server reads the emails you forward to pull the tickets out.

OneTickit Premium

If you subscribe to OneTickit Premium, Apple or Google handles the payment; we never see your payment details. We use RevenueCat to check your subscription: it receives your purchase receipts and your OneTickit account ID. Our server stores your plan and when it ends. When you delete your account, we ask RevenueCat to delete its record of you.

Waitlist & newsletter

When you join the waitlist we store the email address you provide so we can send launch updates. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send.

What we do not do

We do not sell your data, and we do not share your personal information with advertisers.
