OneTickit is built privacy-first. This policy explains what we collect and why. It is a starting point and will be updated before public launch.

Data you store in the app

Your ticket details and barcodes are encrypted on your device with keys only you control. We use zero-knowledge encryption, so we cannot read your event history or entry passes.

Waitlist & newsletter

When you join the waitlist we store the email address you provide so we can send launch updates. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send.

What we do not do

We do not sell your data, and we do not share your personal information with advertisers.
