Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of OneTickit. By joining the waitlist or using the app you agree to them.

Availability

OneTickit is provided “as is.” Features may change, and we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.

OneTickit Premium

OneTickit is free to use. The free plan holds up to 3 active events (events you added that haven't ended yet) and 5 loyalty cards. OneTickit Premium is an optional subscription that removes those limits and adds email import and more app icons. Apple or Google bills it through your App Store or Google Play account, and it renews automatically every month or year until you cancel.

You can cancel any time in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings. Premium then stays active until the end of the period you paid for. When it ends you keep everything you added, but you can only add more within the free plan's limits. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies. If we change the price, we tell you before the new price applies. Deleting your OneTickit account does not cancel the subscription, so cancel it in the store first.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the tickets and content you add to the app and for keeping your device secure. Because your ticket codes are encrypted with keys only you hold, we cannot recover them if you lose access.
